A rewards program that is more than just an online catalog

Challenge: Manufacturer wanted to motivate the retail sales force but was challenged with how to market to them, track sales and reward this key group. Previous programs were cumbersome and very labor intensive to track and approve sales.

Solution: 4U, Inc. created a simple easy to use portal for the sales people to record sales, review their points and click to the rewards site. Our system automated the approval process comparing serial numbers to the manufacturer’s database.

Results: Significant increases were seen when the people actually dealing with the customers are motivated, educated and able to talk about this manufacturers products and features more often than other products.

Challenge: A major company was expanding a new service to a broader area. A key to the marketing plan was an online referral system that was easy to use, created emails and integrated with their systems. If a referral turned into business the person that referred them would get to choose a gift.

Solution: 4U, Inc’s referral portal tied in with their email and print mail marketing points. The customers had a website where they could enter referrals into the system. Once entered, personalized emails went out stating who the email came from and introducing the new service. When the referral signed up for the service an email was sent out inviting them to choose their reward.

Results: Cost efficient program that required minimal amount of resources from the company to implement. This portal allowed them to analyze referral data by a wide variety of elements.
